  •  Return Steps for Domestic Orders:
  1. 1.Click on "My Orders" button at "My Account" section at www.alvinaonline.com or on mobile application.
  2. 2. Click on "Return" button.
  3. 3. Choose the item that will be returned and the reason.
  4. 4. Fill in the section of reason for "Return".
  5. 5. Fill in the section of ID number (Compulsory section, otherwise cargo return code will not be obtained). 
  6. 6. Click on "Send the Request" button.
  7. 7. Note the cargo return code on the screen.
  8. 8.  Put the the items that will be returned in just one pockage with invoice. (Return code differs from order to order. Each order needs to be put in different packages.)
  9. 9. Deliver the package to shipping company YURTİÇİ  with cargo return code within 14 days. (**EVENING DRESS, HIJAB SWIMSUIT AND HEADSCARF/SHAWL MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY WITHIN ONE DAY FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. OTHERWISE, RETURN WOULD BE INVALID). NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR MASKS.
  10. 10. For orders abroad, by indicating  the operation (RETURN) you want to make on invoice and paying shipping fee, you can send the package within 14 days from the date of delivery. After we deliver the item(s), the transaction (refund or request for exchange) will be performed. (**EVENING DRESS, HIJAB SWIMSUIT AND HEADSCARF/SHAWL MUST BE DELİVERED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY IN ONE DAY FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. OTHERWISE, RETURN WOULD BE INVALID.)  NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR MASKS.

NOTE: A single return code is taken for each order. In case the products in the order are to be sent separately and at different times, the sender can send it with any courier company by paying the shipping fee.

 
 

Return Policy

  • The products can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive it.
  • In order to return your products for FREE, you need to get a return shipping code. To get a return shipping code, follow the steps of "How can I do the return?" section.
  • You can return your products with the shipping company shown in the return step.
  • The return period for sensitive products is limited to 24 hours (** YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF NOT DELIVERED TO THE CARGO ON THE SAME DAY (THE DAY YOU RECEIVED THE PACKAGE ON) FOR EVENING DRESSES, HIJAB SWIMSUIT AND SCARF/SCARF.)  NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR MASKS.
  • If products reach us used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be processed.
  • You can send your returns for FREE via Yurtiçi Kargo with the return code you get from the "My Orders" section.
  • Do not forget to specify the return shipping code when delivering your cargo to the shipping company.

To get a return shipping code, follow the steps of "How can I return the products I bought?" section.

TIP: If the orders placed with the free shipping campaign are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign requirement, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.

Can I exchange the size fo the item I have received?

-The exchange procedure is not available.

 

If you ever want to return the product you bought, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours). The package and standard accessories of the item, if there is any, should be included without any damage in the package to be returned and the product should be in a position to be sold again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).

You can see the shipping fee in the basket by chossing delivery country. You will receive the package in a short time through FEDEX that we are in collaboration today.

You can make the payment for orders abroad with your credit card or through Western Union on alvinaonline.com.

Not exchange but return is available for orders abroad. Shipping fee for return is paid by the customer. You need to process the return with DHL or FedEx.

Refund transaction is processed within 14 days after we receive it. The shipping and customs fees that we paid during delivery to the customs in addition to the customs fee that shows up during returning process are deduced from the price that will be refunded to the customer.

You can write a petition stating your name, surname, order number, reason for returning the product, address and signature, add it to your package and send it to our return address, Alvina, at your own expense.
You must write "return product" on the package, and you must also indicate this to the shipping company you sent it through. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible for any taxes or additional charges arising from your package.
After sending your return, keep your shipping code that you will receive from the courier company. If necessary, it can be requested from you.
