My order has been cancelled.

  • You will receive a call from customer services in case of any risky situation or defective product in the order. The order consisting only one product is cancelled unless the customer answers the phone. For orders consisting products morethna one, the defective item is cancelled and the lefovers are sent to customer.
  • Refund transaction for cancellation are processed within 5 business days.
  • Besides, informaton mail is sent to the e-mail address registered in the system when cancellation or refund transaction is completed.
  • This mail shows that a refund transaction has been processed to your bank by Alvina.
  • The transfer time of the refund depends on the bank.
  • Alvina processes the refund for orders paid by installments to the bank at once. The bank returns the amount to your credit card as much as the number of installments per month. For example: If you bought it in 3 installments, the refund will be completed in 3 months.

CLUE: If the orders placed with the free shipping campaign are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign condition, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.

The product I use got worn out in a short time. What should I do?

  • The product is sent back to Alvina due to wearing out/ defect on it.
  • After the product reaches the company, Alvina sends them to the inspection unit for the necessary examination.
  • The product is examined by inspection unit within 21 bussiness days.
  • The defect on the product has been occurred by the user, it is sent back tothe customer with the report. Shipping fee is paid by the receiver.
  • If the damage to the product is caused out of production/fabric, the right to change/ return is granted.


Remember to send the item with the original box, accessories and all other pieces.
