Worldwide (outside of Turkey) refund procedures


If you ever want to return the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours). The package and if there is any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).

 We are able to deliver to the addresses outside the borders of Turkey within 2-7 business days, through the cargo firms we contracted. In, you can pay for your orders to your overseas delivery address with your credit card or debit card through PAYPAL PLATFORM.

When you wish to return the product/products that you have given to your overseas address, the shipping fee belongs to your party (customer).

The product you are returning must not be damaged, unused, or damaged by the use of the package, and the property may not be sold intact. Returns the subject of the product; You need to send the invoice, original box and packaging, along with all the accessories shipped together, to ALVİNA by completing and signing the return form on the back of your invoice. (in accordance with the tax procedure Code numbered 385, the return form must be filled, signed and sent together with all invoice copies for your return transactions to occur.)

The costs of return delivery must be paid by the customer. Alvina  is not responsible for creating a return shipment label or charging the costs back to customer. 

After sending the product back, you have to keep the code that given by the cargo firm.

As soon as we get the product, return process is begun and within 5-7 business days, the whole process is completed. Product exchange process is only valid in Turkey.
